Our annual global IRC Global Executive Search Partner Conference for 2019 year was held in Athens, Greece, in early October. It was an honor for me to represent Saenger Associates - IRC USA and be invited to speak to the assembly of nearly 100 of our IRC colleagues from around the world.
We shared best executive search practices to better serve our customers, specifically, the best behavioral tools we can use to enhance the selection process.
My key takeaway was a deeper, wider understanding of each IRC office’s key areas of expertise, and ways we can better serve our corporate clients when a cross-border, international search is needed.
And, of course, the Conference was a golden opportunity to get to know our wonderful IRC colleagues better as we enjoyed our visit to this spectacular, historic location.
