Katherine Hayes

Senior Vice President, Client Services

Ms. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership. She earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Prior to her association with Saenger Associates, Katherine Hayes had a distinguished eleven-year career with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, the premiere business advocacy association in the region. As Director of Human Resources & Administration, Ms. Hayes was responsible for all human resources functions, strategic planning and the recruitment and retention of 75 executive-level volunteer Board of Directors. Earlier Ms. Hayes served the Chamber as a legislative manager, managing human resources-related lobbying efforts at the local, state and federal level.

Ms. Hayes began her career in human resources with Southern California retailer Robinsons-May, where she was responsible for various areas of recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and compensation and benefits.

Ms. Hayes is active with Best Friends Animal Society and the No More Homeless Pets initiative. She previously served on the Los Angeles County Child Care Advisory Board.
