July 16, 2025 - A confidential retained search conducted by Saenger Associates has successfully resulted in the placement of a new Chief Executive Officer for a greater LA area-based, A&D and middle market company. Our client offers customized solutions in technology, engineering, and manufacturing. The newly appointed CEO will report directly to the company’s Board of Directors. “This individual brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic expertise, a proven track record working with both early-stage and established organizations, and the leadership presence needed to guide the company through its next phase of growth,” said Jason Fields, President and COO of Saenger Associates, who led the search. Our successful placement was not actively looking for a new opportunity, which is common practice for Saenger Associates of uncovering executives not in the active job market. The placed executive has over 20 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge leading manufacturing aerospace organizations. Expertise in P&L, business development, operations/lean manufacturing, design and manufacturing engineering, program management, supply chain, sales, and quality— experience that aligns closely with the company’s long-term goals. In his new role as CEO, our successful executive is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth and profitability, and ensuring alignment across all business functions. He will serve as the primary decision-maker, represent the company to stakeholders, and work closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals. His leadership will be essential in supporting the company's continued expansion and in reinforcing its position within a competitive and evolving market.
